Our Strategy

  • The first task is to ensure we are a good fit for your needs. We aim for long term (2-5+ year) agreements, but can often start with a one month trial to make sure everyone is happy.

    Each contract we have with owners is different - this allows for open communication and both parties being happy.

    Need all tenants to sign an HOA agreement? No problem. Need all tenants to have insurance? No problem. Quiet hours after 10pm? No problem.

    We work through all these issues to guarantee a great relationship.

  • Our next step after we have signed on is to bring our interior design team in.

    Our designers aim to match the style of your property to the furniture and art we put in it. We pride ourselves on intentional curation and high standards of comfort and design.

  • Once our design team has done their job we take our professional photographs and begin to rent the unit.

    Our average stay is around 89 days. Our customer base consists mainly of doctors, nurses, entertainment executives, and other professionals who have contracted work in Los Angeles and want a curated home for their stay.

  • huon design has a fully licensed general contracting arm - and this is a massive plus for us and our property owner partners.

    If something goes wrong - plumbing issues or fixtures break, for example - we are able to fix it for our property owners AT COST.

    Property management companies up-charge on these items. We do not. Our promise to you is we will get the problem fixed for the base cost of labor and materials. No more 20% up-charges.

With our in-house General Contractor we are able to provide close to at-cost upgrades on some of the most important things in your unit: kitchens, windows, doors, bathrooms etc. Becoming a partner with us means friend’s prices on all of our services.
